Watch it work.
This is what a portfolio looks like from inside Keel OS. Every line is a task being opened, handled or closed.

About Keel OS.
Is Keel OS real AI?
Yes. It's our own system, built in-house on top of leading AI models and our property records. It reads requests, photos and documents, keeps every date, drafts the routine paperwork and follows up until each task is closed. That leaves people free to make the decisions.
Does AI decide who rents my home?
No. Screening runs on written criteria that are the same for every applicant, and a person makes every decision. Keel OS can check that an application is complete. It never approves or denies anyone, and it never makes a fair-housing decision.
What happens if an agent gets something wrong?
Everything that matters goes through a person before it reaches a resident, a vendor or your money. Every action is logged with a timestamp, so if something is off we can see exactly where and fix it.
Can I see what the agents are doing?
Yes. The owner portal shows every task on your property: what was flagged, who handled it, what it cost and when it closed.
What happens to my data and my residents' data?
It's used only to manage your property. It isn't sold or shared for advertising, and access is limited to the people and systems that need it. Details are in our privacy policy.
Your rental, always on watch.
We open in January 2027. Owners on the founding list get the first calls and a full rental analysis of their property before we go live.
