Questions

About inspections & compliance.

How often do you inspect?

At move-in, twice a year during the tenancy, and at move-out, with photos in your portal.

Do you handle lead certificates?

Yes. We coordinate MDE registration, schedule the accredited inspection at each new tenancy, and plan any paint stabilization into the turn.

What if my property isn't licensed yet?

Getting it licensed is our first task. We walk it, fix the likely failure items, book the inspection and file the application. We won't market an unlicensed rental.

Do you follow fair housing law?

Yes, federal and Maryland law, including source-of-income protection. Written criteria, the same for every applicant, every time.
