Licensing

Keel Residential is preparing to open in January 2027. Real estate brokerage and property management services in Maryland will be provided under a Maryland-licensed sponsoring broker, named here at launch. No management agreements are signed, and no rent or deposits are accepted, until then.

Published fees describe our standard schedule. The signed management agreement governs.
